"Loved the room, very cozy and clean."

"Nice and unique facility but even though some rooms are designated as non smoking there appears to be smoking allowed on premises as the odor permeates the hallways. Also has very poor WiFi signal combined with weak phone signal making communication over the internet extremely difficult "

"We had so much fun. Tom answered all our questions almost immediately after we asked them. Their are 2 houses on the property we stayed in the one closest to the road it was still amazing. Becky(owner) and family was there checking on propertys when we arrived and we met them and they were so so nice. When they left she left us a note on the door and signed it grandma Becky we loved it . It is in a wonderful location and there is a lot to explore in every direction. We took use of the kayaks and we had so much fun it is nice and peaceful and relaxing. The wifi was pretty spotty so the kids couldn't be on their phones the whole time. We played some board games. We found a game called pit at goodwill that I used to play with my grandma and I was able to teach my kids the game we laughed so hard. We also watched a couple of movies as a family. The property is also close enough to have a nice day trip to Glacier national Park. If you watch mountain man it is close to where Tom Oar lives you can make an appointment to shop at the trafing post he sells his goods from. It was just a truly amazing trip."

"Very good for what it was. Would be nice if they had tea in the room or could open up breakfast area for tea / coffee before 7. A few areas in the bathroom could be touched up. But clean and comfortable overall - would stay again!"

"Simply amazing! We had such a wonderful time. Having a private dock for fishing, sunning and putting in our paddle boards and kayaks was absolutely wonderful. Also, the boat dock is just two driveways down. They really was no need to go anywhere. We did, however visit Kooteni Falls. I highly recommend that you go see the bridge and the stunning Scenery. It’s just a few minutes away and they have amazing ice cream! Our host, Tom, offers an incredibly stocked home. There was enough cookware , dishes, towels, really anything you can imagine needing was there! By far the best stocked home I’ve seen. Hes also very kind , Accessible and easy to communicate with. There is plenty of seating inside and outside on the deck or by the fire pit. There were roasting sticks, bbq, floaties, chairs, kayaks , life jackets, fire wood…. I can’t possibly name it all but if Tom Doesn’t have it you don’t need it!"

"The property is amazing with great amenities surrounded by the most gorgeous scenery. The staff is friendly. The only note I have is about the easiness of access. Since we were arriving after 5pm, which was the time the office closes , the check in instructions were left at the main gate but there were no maps of the area and it took us over an hour to find the designated townhome. Other than that we had a really great time. "
