"Fantastic property. Beautiful home, clean and spacious. Hosts were amazing and communicated with us every step of the process. St. Louis had extreme weather (tornado warnings) forecasted the day we arrived. Hosts had flashlights and weather radio available for us, let us check in early and offered the use of the garage to avoid possible hail damage. Very accommodating which we appreciated greatly. Highly recommend this property and the hosts. Wonderful experience!"

"Great home with enough space for 12 of us to celebrate a family birthday! We cooked, ate, played pool, watched movies and enjoyed a few walks around the neighborhood when it wasn’t raining. It was a cozy home. Do wish we could’ve gotten the fireplace going and if it hasn’t been raining we definitely would’ve enjoyed the cute back yard/fire pit. A wonderful time had by all!"

"The place was more than adequate for our group. They were very attentive to our needs and readily available. I only contacted them to tell them about minor problems that were there when we arrived so they were aware it wasn’t dine by us. This is something they might consider is to check their cleaning crew. We dropped something on the floor and moved the couch and found several trash items including a piece of toast. However, what we lived in including bathrooms were clean. We only had one...

"In town for 2 weeks and the stay was great. House was on a fairly quiet street and not far from our kids or shopping. Was plenty big for the 2 of us. Even when we had issues with the doors Jeffrey and his team got back to us pretty quick to rectify the problems. Great host"

"Beautiful cozy space with higher end furnishings and a beautiful back yard. I felt at home. I loved it. My dogs loved it. Sliding door to fully fenced-in back yard made having my dogs there easy. Kitchen has everything I needed and more with pans and blender and other extras. Extra space in the basement. Use of the garage was great during the snowy weather. They even handled unexpected snow fall and had it all cleared away in a timely manner considering it had been 6 yrs since Missouri had that...

"My family had a very nice stay at this beautiful house. The house is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Everything was very clean and in good working order. The owner was very responsive to any questions. We also had a every good evening at a restaurant/bar a block away called Social House 227. Everything about our stay was pleasant. No complaints. "
