"Beginning with the booking, the communication with Mindy Newell was excellent. She answered all of our question promptly. Our check-in process was smooth and I got to meet Mindy on arrival. She was as cordial as she had been on-line. The house was in immaculate condition and did not disappoint from the online pictures.
