The sofa bed was very hard and not suitable for two people, not even children. We requested a partial refund for this and were assured we were entitled to one but this has not been received. Even a HDMI cable is there if needed and every room has TV which works great. A great location to visit Lake District. My son had misplaced his crocs so I called the owner as I made my way back to property- he took great care to inform the cleaners to search the property, it was a lovely gesture I thought."
