The owners of the property were there to meet us when we arrived, we found the villa exceptionally beautiful, clean, tidy and well stocked considering we were not expecting this. All essential food items were there that you would normally do a quick shop for. There were even a few beers in the fridge! Information for local services (food apps / cab numbers etc.)...

I was burgled and had 800 euros and 150 GBP stolen. "This property is well appointed. Everything we needed for our self catering stay. Choice of where to sit to enjoy the sun or shade. Pool chilly this time of year but well tended by pool team. No need to pack tons of clothes as a washer and drying rail available. Beds comfortable. Living room furniture comfortable room to spread out."

"The property was clean, well-stocked with cleaning materials and tea and coffee, etc. It was just as described, swimming pool, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a downstairs toilet which was very handy. Due to its location, the tavernas and cafes nearby were all reasonably priced compared with tourist rates downtown."

The property was spacious and clean, located just a few minutes from the lovely Nissi beach and not too far of a walk to the centre, with plenty of taxis around. Brilliant property for groups or families who want plenty of space without being too far from Ayia Napa!"

"Excellent really enjoyed staying at this property. The outside area was really lovely and we spent a lot of time there. Villa itself had everything we needed, beds really comfortable and facilities great. Good location I would recommend hiring a car or some form of transportation if you need centre of Ayia Napa but bus service is good as well. Beaches close by."

"Very nice villa with a great pool with quiet neighbours (but you can hear the nearby motorway at night) The kitchen is very well equipped, dishwasher and washing machine were brand new. We really enjoyed our stay."
