Villas in Nicosia District

"My 7 friends and I (men in our 50s) travelled to Cyprus to surprise another of our friends who has lived there for the past 30 years. The owners of the property were there to meet us when we arrived, we found the villa exceptionally beautiful, clean, tidy and well stocked considering we were not expecting this. All essential food items were there that you would normally do a quick shop for. There were even a few beers in the fridge! Information for local services (food apps / cab numbers etc.)...

"Gordon was spot on with giving us all the info needed. The villa is more beautiful in person and was just fantastic. Where the villa is situated is ideal! So close to the beach. There is a beautiful bar on the beach which doesn’t even take a minute to get to that does breakfasts and cocktails, not to mention it’s so pretty. Was only a 5 minute drive into ayia napa which was very busy but being able to get back to a quiet area was brilliant. Would definitely recommend and I know we will...

"The villa was really nice the area was lovely very quite, their was a bus 1 every 2hrs which eas ok going into Larnaca but we used taxi back as the last bus was 8pm so you need a car to get to places, like us we mainly used it for the food shop."

"A lovely Villa, easy walking distant to the beach, restaurants and shops. The Villa is comfortable has a great pool and well serviced if you want to eat in or BBQ in the fantastic outdoor space. The local restaurants are very friendly and service quality food. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"Fantastic Location with just a short walk to the beach restaurants and shops . Communication throughout the process was also fantastic & helpful. House is very spacious and has everything you need for stay. The only slight downside to the villa is I think the house about four or five doors along maybe a dog kennels and there’s constant barking all day and night of dogs. Obviously, this isn’t the fault of the Villa owner, but when you’re trying to relax, can be a bit annoying. Well worth a stay...

"The villa was absolutely beautiful. We did have a little trouble finding it from the directions initially, but this could be because we arrived quite late at night. The rooms are spacious and well decorated, with plenty of storage space. The pool area and garden is beautiful too, and there are plenty of seating areas on the balconies.
