"The hotel may have been five stars back in the glory days. Today, it’s a four at best. Although the infrastructure is extensive, the food is not bad, and the attention is okay, it is far from five stars. The location, if you have business or leisure around the area (Manzana 40, Green Tower), is excellent, as it is within walking distance of both. "The hotel was “closed” we booked, took a taxi there and the business was shuttered.. Had to find another hotel. This was appalling, how can a shuttered up hotel appear on hotels.com as available to book. "

"It is a well run, modern and very clean hotel, with ample rooms and an excellent location. The steam room off the hotel Gym was small but satisfactory. The only Weaknesses: the dry sauna was out of order, and the swimming pool is too cold in winter. But I will stay there again."
