"Our room "Beatriz" must have been the smallest and with a windows that only allowed some natural light to enter but it is not worth the money we paid. The staff at the reception are super friendly and the recommendation given are top notch. The breakfast was good too. The hotel is in a quiet location. "

"First off there was no stay! The hotel did not have our reservation, as confirmed by Hotels.com, and reserved on 2/1/2024. So, we did not have a place to stay even after the reservation was booked and confirmed by the hotel. We tried on numerous occasions to have the hotel do the right thing and they refused. Now they are also keeping my money $189 for 2 nights. Lesson learned, don't frequent this hotel. We decided to stay in Isla de Sol instead after a last-minute hotel scramble. It was...
