"We stayed here after two very busy days exploring Escalante slot canyons and riding horses and hiking in Bryce. We really appreciated coming home to this brand-new, super clean, and ultra comfortable home. The living room was the perfect place for our group to relax (it was too rainy and cold to use the outside patio), and we all enjoyed having private, en-suite bedrooms. "The Ranch House was great! It was very clean, and very cozy (important since it was 13 degrees at night). There are tons of outdoor activities available and it’s about 30 min from Bryce. The house is just like the pictures- rustic decor but all the comforts of home. (Great hot shower!) if you go in the off season (like we did at end of Oct) be aware that almost all businesses/ restaurants in the area are closed for the season. "

"Our family had a great weekend at the cowboy cabin. We were only 35 minutes from Bryce. We were just a few minutes down the road from the sevier river. Our kids had a blast riding our 4- wheelers up into the hills and down to the river to play and fish. The cabin was perfect for 6 of us. It was very clean and had most amenities. "The place and location are spare and beautiful. Being off the grid fed my conservationist heart and mind. The Co- host Dave was totally attentive, beyond expectation. The only suggestion I have for the hosts concerns the heavy lid on the generator. There is no way that a normally muscular person could lift it safely. Please correct that suggestion. Or make a new setup. "

"This is a beautiful cabin in a great location. Upon arrival we noticed the garbage compactor wasn't emptied and there was no dish soap of any kind, other than a dawn refill without the nozzle. We had to have or children stop at the store on their way up to buy dish soap so we could wash dishes. I messaged the property manager about this but got no response other than an email of the check out process which wasn't relevant because we just checked in.
