Unfortunately the weather wasn't kind to us and didn't get to fully experience the island as we wished but prior to booking I was told the bath house was fully booked but when I enquired on arrival it was available! "The staff here was very helpful and friendly every time I came by with a question. The location in Tromsø is unbeatable. You can walk anywhere in the city center within 10 minutes or less. The room itself is a little worn and plain for the price you are paying, but everything else about the hotel made up for it. The lobby area is a nice place to sit and relax at and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, I loved my stay here."
