"Very clean, great location and a lovely room. Upgraded to the superior room which I think gave us a room on a higher floor with a great view of the mountains… but I’m not 100% sure. Dinner was lovely in the hotel restaurant. Staff were always busy with customers but were super friendly and helpful when serving. The location of the hotel was ideal as it’s in the centre of town and most of the buses operate from within a 5 minute walk"

"I loved the large window and couch I had in my room, overlooking the mountains and the sea. I was on the top floor. Breakfast is amazing, so much choice for all tastes, and so many Norwegian foods to try. The bed was very good, but I found the storage area (wardrobe, cupboard, drawers) a bit minimal. I also found that the temperature in the room was a bit too hot for me, and I ended up sleeping with the window open. Some of the reception staff were very friendly, some not so much."

"Good location just out of the centre. Easy bus links to airport. Room was simple but didnt want for anything....couldn't get tv to work but that wasnt important. "Location is nice and convinient. Our room was nice and clean. Didn’t have soap in the shower but we found a housekeeping lady who replaced it. Breakfast was quite nice with lots of options! We didn’t get to try the evening meal because we were out. I had to do laundry and it is VERY EXPENSIVE at about $20 a kg!!! This is the only thing I really didn’t like about the hotel. No other options around town so plan accordingly! "
