"The hotel is a bit dated, but clean, well-maintained and a good value. It’s a short walk to the train station where there are frequent trains to take you the 20 minutes or so to Koeln Hbf. Staff were helpful, even letting us check in a couple hours early. The breakfast is okay for the price but I recommend getting there early- we got down there with about half an hour left and many items were unavailable or limited. "

"It seems to be family-owned. The staff is fantastic, very cordial and friendly. They provided ear plugs, I’m assuming because of the train and bus station across the street but at night time it wasn’t too bad. Just an occasional train once in a while. We were parking on a weekend so we had plenty of street parking options since the meters aren’t in effect on Sunday and there seemed to be a garage not too far away. Good distance from Cologne and Bonn. Breakfast was delicious. "

"Central Hotel made our stay fairly worry free. Had to make a sudden change to our booking due to a scheduling error, and the hotel staff held the room for us without any questions. The hotel is a short walk away from several restaurants and the train station, making it easy to pop in and out as necessary. We arrived and called the number on the door to obtain our keys and went straight to our room. Rooms and hotel are clean, and I'd say the value you receive is equivalent to their prices. I...
