"Villa Nel Monte was a great property with lots of character and different spaces to enjoy. Hosts were communicative and welcoming. The location is a short ~20-30 min drive to key locations around Etna, and very close to vineyards. We chose it for it’s location a little out of Nicolosi, but it was an easy (although not on pavements) 10 min walk into the town for dinner, drinks, or late-night gelato! "Photographs dont do it justice! Wonderfully tranquil, a real escape from the rat race. The view from this villa will blow you away! Whilst you do need a car to get about during your stay here, dont let it put you off experiencing a beautiful part of Sicily. Vivianna, who manages this villa was wonderful. "The four of us had a lovely 8 day stay at Casa Museo A’Rina. Virginia was a gracious and hospitable host. The scenery was spectacular. It was a little cold in the house even with the heater on. For those who like to cook, the counter space was limited. All-in-all, a great spot to vacation: 40 minutes from downtown Catania, an hour from Syracuse, 2hours from Agrigento."

"This is an immaculate, spacious villa perfect for a complete de-stress. Wonderful view, nice clean pool, barbecue, plenty of shaded outdoor seating as well as the sun deck. But what makes it special is the warm welcome and amazingly helpful hosts, who keep everything in perfect working order. It’s very peaceful, but that does mean the nearest shops and restaurants are a drive away."
