"My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Tripp Lake Retreat. The house feels like a home away from home, nestled in the trees with a view of the lake. Fall is a lovely time to be here and relax with friends. Short walks on crisp mornings, drives to local craft stores and relaxing by the fire made the trip just what we wanted for our time together. Debbie is a gracious host and responsive to needs. I will definitely consider staying again as Tripp Lake Retreat becomes a favorite spot."

"My husband, in-laws and I stayed for the 2024 Hot Air Balloon Festival in Queensbury about 1/2 hour away. I searched online for a cozy, comfortable place for the 6 of us to stay and we couldn’t have been any happier with our choice. Kate has the most beautifully decorated home right down to lights. I’m told the decorations change for the season and I do not doubt that every change is something to see. The house is set just perfectly in the woods and the way the windows look out to the back yard, you could imagine during a snow fall the scene would be picturesque. The house is equipped with every kitchen appliance and utensil you could need. There are also board games to play with family & friends. The beds are comfortable and showers are hot with good pressure. We did not need anything during our stay, but there’s no doubt in my mind that Kate would have been extremely responsive had we needed anything. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at Kates home again! "
