Are you looking for a place that feels like home to spend time with family or friends to just relax or a place to regroup in between visiting local attractions? Why not stay here…..

The property is located 20 minutes north of Lake George and is located within walking distance to Tripp Lake where you can enjoy the beach and maybe go for an afternoon swim or use the clay tennis courts. If you would prefer to golf, Green Mansions Gold Club is only a 5 minute drive from the townhouse. You can find something to do in any direction you go in from the centralized location.

The townhouse consists of 3 bedrooms , 2.5 bathrooms , full kitchen and plenty of room to relax between the open floor layout and the screened in porch. Whether you choose to cook inside or outside on the BBQ, your group will be sure to enjoy.

When your stay has ended and you look back on the time spent here, you’ll find yourself smiling. After all, whatever happens at the lake is laughed at all year!

Amazing stay
This house is so cozy and comfortable. The host was very easy to work with and the hospitality was 110%. This area is great for short pretty hikes and near Lake George. We enjoyed our short stay and would you love to return in the summer or fall.

Great Stay
We had a two night stay at this property. Kathleen was a wonderful communicator. From just before arrival to the informational cues around the house, everything flowed wonderfully like the stream just outside the house. She made this experience stress free so we could enjoy our stay. She even had a gift waiting for us when we arrived. These small gestures and attention to detail set this property apart from others. Thanks again Kathleen for a great stay.

Time with Family
We were in Chestertown for the memorial service of a close family member. Kathleen’s home was a warm, homey and comfortable place for us to stay and gather together during a very difficult time. We really appreciated how responsive and kind Kathleen was during our stay. We would love to be able to come back and stay during a happier and maybe warmer time and make some lovely memories together.

This was our first vrbo and it was an awesome!
Ms. Kathleen had it decorated for the holidays so prettily. Which is exactly what we wanted over a hotel. It had everything we wanted to stay and have winter fun!

The condo has everything you need in addition to many charming custom touches. Home Away From Home
Our time at this property was fantastic!! It couldn’t have been better. Our host, Kathleen went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Her place felt like we were truly coming home each night! My friends and I had a wonderful, relaxing time unwinding in front of the fireplace, catching up with one another. I have never enjoyed a stay somewhere as much as I enjoyed this and I would go back in a heartbeat! Kathleen went above and beyond to make our stay an unforgettable one. I can’t thank her enough! This was my first Vrbo experience and I couldn’t have asked for any better!

Ski Weekend
Our second time staying here and we enjoyed our stay just as much as the first time! We love this warm, cozy, beautiful condo! After a day of skiing it’s the perfect place to relax and spend time with our family. We loved playing cards in front of the fireplace with all the awesome Christmas decorations and lights. This home is clean, has everything you could possibly need, comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood and a great location. Close to Gore and some really good restaurants. We loved the pizza from The Pizza Shop in Warrensburg and the food at Basil and Wicks was fantastic. This condo will always be our first choice on any returning ski weekend’s.

Chestertown retreat
Highly recommended. If you’re looking for a well maintained and private townhome this is it. Very comfortable and clean. Lovingly and tastefully themed decor throughout. Screened in porch beside a ravine with babbling brook. Amazing vacation spot!

Quiet Retreat

This vacation home was beautifully decorated and well maintained. It was an end unit and so quite private. The owner was very accommodating and responded quickly to questions. I would recommend it to families looking to spend time in the Adirondacks

Kathleen’s condo is extremely nice with lovely Adirondack touches throughout. Our family of 4 had plenty of space. We really enjoyed spending family time by the fireplace. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Everything was clean and the setting was relaxing and inviting. It was just a short drive to lake George where we spent most of our weekend. We had everything we needed in the house. The WiFi was fast and reliable as well! I loved the themed rooms and attention to details all over the place. Kathleen was awesome with communication and if we're ever in the area again I know where I'll be going!

What an amazing rental property. Lots of beautiful things to see and do in the area, but this property is so amazing that it made you just want to be inside the whole time! Every space clean, well decorated, comfy, just brilliantly done. The host? Incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive. A million thanks to her for being a great host! Didn’t micromanage the stay nor was she absent. She struck a perfect balance to make the stay 100% enjoyable. When i come back I am will not be staying anywhere else thats not there. Just wow!

There was nothing we didn’t like about staying here at Evergreen Way. It was exactly as described and much to our liking. There was plenty of space for finding nooks to be alone to read or together in a beautiful gathering room. That was inside; outside was a glorious wonderland of Adirondack beauty. The beach at Tripp Lake, located at the end of a lovely walk along the woods, was a treasure. Beautifully appointed with umbrellas and chairs was overseen by friendly, helpful young attendants. Our host was very helpful and attentive before, during and after leaving. It was a 10+ getaway !!

Magical Snowglobe Property
We can't say enough good things about our stay. The communication with the host was extremely easy from the day I booked the trip. The location was great for what we went for which was skiing at Gore and it's also very close to downtown Lake George. The house was decorated very nicely and was spacious enough for our family trip of 6. We got hit with a snowstorm which we thought would be an issue for the roads, but the association took care of shoveling and plowing for us. Our host was kind and made us feel very welcome which is one of the many reasons we will be booking again at this property. Thank you so much for a wonderful time.
