"When we arrived we found the front desk manager, Henry, to be very helpful, even explaining how to walk to the Phillies stadium. Couldn't have a better person at the desk. In fact, all of the staff we encountered were very friendly! However, in our room we found a non- operational air conditioner that had to be replaced while we waited. "We arrived before 3pm and there was about 30 ppl in the waiting area. They would not check in anyone prior. There is no elevator in this hotel. Rooms are clean except shower. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast has options but all prepared foods. Many restaurants within walking distance. "
