"My wife and I spent 2 nights at Crabber's Cottage. Just terrific. Property was updated and extremely clean. Perfect size for us. Quiet neighborhood. We walked down to our favorite beach next to lighthouse below town. Just epic. Our favorite stay on our Oregon/California coast trip! Thankyou!"

"So serene. Just a couple of nit picks: We wish there was an outside table, kleenex in the bathroom, and window treatments in the bedroom that blocked the morning sun a little better. And not a criticism, just an FYI: the hot tub is constantly on....heating or filtering, we don't know what."

"We enjoyed our stay in Trinidad! The house is tucked away in the woods with a short walk to the beach and minutes away from the store or dining options. We stayed here as we explored the redwoods. Our teens enjoyed their own space as well as the hot tub, pinball machine and pool table. I think it might be harder as a family with little kids with bedrooms spread out, but it worked for us."

"Emerald Forest cabins are one of our favorite spots to stay on the Northern Cali Coast. Lodging amongst the Redwoods is such a treat."

"We stayed here last week and loved it. The views are amazing, and the house is great. The bed is comfortable and had ample pillows and blankets. There were also a lot of extra towels. It is great to not have to bring your own towels and sheets to a rental. The pullout was also reportedly comfortable. It has a well stocked kitchen. It rained most of the time we were there (pouring rain and wind), which was unfortunate because we could not sit outside to enjoy the deck and views from outside. The house is within walking distance to everything in town - restaurants, the beach, etc.There is some furniture that could use some updating - like the chair in the bedroom and the noisy sofa. For restaurants, we liked Seascape for breakfast because the views in the front room! Both mornings, we were there early and it is a locals type of place - people talking to each other about the storm, their boats, neighborhood news - we loved it. The waitress was the same both mornings and she was lovely. We also liked Trinidad Bay Eatery & Gallery - ate there for dinner and had some of the best fish and chips outside of England. All of their food was fresh and the service was great. Also, very close to Redwoods National Park/Prairie Creek State Park for lots of great hikes.We would recommend for anyone looking to getaway to Trinidad. "
