"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin outside of Trinidad. It is very, very small, but it suited our needs. The hostess left snacks, fruit, muffins, and a bottle of wine for us when we arrived, which we really appreciated. We often sat out on the large covered deck to enjoy a great view of the lake, which was what we were aiming for. (You cannot enjoy this view from inside unless you are sitting at the kitchen bar. But that was ok with us, because we had pretty good weather for sitting outside when we were hanging around at the cabin.) We liked having the big screen TV to watch Netflix shows in the evenings. It was easy to get to and from Trinidad and the surrounding areas, and we enjoyed the view from several points on the road going up and down. We have an all-wheel drive vehicle, so we could manage the last few miles to the cabin from Trinidad without any issues, but I'm not sure how easy it would be for a regular car. "
