"Lovely hotel about 5mins to a shopping centre and just a bit further to the main shopping area which has the train station at the end of the street. The double room we had was very clean which was serviced every day and the bathroom had a hairdryer. There was also slippers and bathrobe. There is a kettle and bottled water in the room but there was only 2 tea bags (Herbal & Green Teas) and sugar. If you want other types of tea and Coffee and/or milk, I would advise you take your own. "Great overall property, location is a bit secluded but very close to bus and tram lines less than a 3 minute walk. Staff is exceptional very friendly and helpful, Breakfast is excellent, there is nothing negative to say about this property."

"Receptionist closed hotel early. We came to hotel half hour before closing, snd nobody was there, so we had to go arounf through back door in the dark parking. Overall streight 3 star hotel, only extra is genuine Africa decorations and some furniture. "

"We stayed at this property due to being stranded in Ostrava during the Central Europe floods while in transit to Krakow. It wouldn’t be our first choice of hotels but any port in a storm. The staff were helpful but the property is probably 2 star at best "
