Welcome was good. Room was good. Staff a bit slow as per most of the Cinnamon hotels we have visited. Pool area was nice. Such a shame about the beach. Plastic and glass all the way along the beach, which ever way you turned. We didn't venture onto the sea because of this. Buffet was a bit limited and as per usual, the western food wasn't that great. We did find a good bar on the beach called Fernando's and a good restaurant called Cafe on the 18th. Great salads and other dishes. Service was really good and friendly at both.

Felt the standard rooms were small and poky, we paid for an upgrade to a suite. Pool area was very noisy in the evening. Otherwise, the food was good and staff were excellent.
