"Our whole experience was welcoming from our check in to check out. The service from the front desk, to the laundry and dining in was perfect. "

"The food was average. Last day of our stay we went for breakfast and when we came back to our room there was a small snake slithering under our bed which freaked us out. Not sure whether the snake was there overnight! Luckily we were checking out otherwise we would have left right away! "

There did seem to be an everlasting towel shortage while we were there but the staff were friendly and helpful in ensuring this caused as little inconvenience as possible. "The location, view and swimming pool were magnificent. The accomodation had however some smaller issues such as electiricity outage (short), water pressure issue and loud airco but all issues were solved rapidly by staff so we could further enjoy our stay. "
