"A complete change from our normal rented, rustic property, with garage in the countryside, the apartment is in the St.Jean Quarter of Perpignan, nestling in the maze of ancient streets. Quiet and very secure, we were completely at home, with the option of cooking and eating "in", or indulging in dining out - the french option of "midday formules" proved very attractive. With a pavement restaurant outside the front door, it was susprising to find so many alternatives within a few 100 yards....

"First of all did not stay there. Arrived at the accomodation around 3pm , contacted the owner but no replay for more then 1 hour. After being at the gate which is locked and with a tall fence , has just a key pad , like a prison , had no code or info of how to enter , heard loud voices from inside and shout if anyone can let me in . A guy who was drunk let me in and once in i felt shocked seeing blood all arund reception and people on drugs looking at me in a weird way and i felt in great danger...

"Uns hat der Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hat alles was man vor Ort braucht. Sie ist gut ausgestattet mit Besteck, Tellern, Pfannen usw. Gute Lage und Anbindung zu den Supermärkten. In 25 Min. ist man am Strand. Die Besitzer sind auch super lieb und hilfsbereit. "Clean and functional apartment-hotel with kitchen and balcony. Everything worked well, kitchen had all utensils and pans, the room was quiet, the balcony (and balcony windows) made it feel bright and spacious. Close to city center. Staff were friendly. There is an on-site laundry (although it is a bit expensive: 7 euros for a wash), reception area nothing special if you want to lounge in a hotel lobby, but these very minor drawbacks. Overall very good and convenient, I would stay again. "
