"Petite annonce à magnifiques photos donnant un état très trompeur du logement : en y regardant de plus près, il s’agit en fait d’un vieille appartement rénové avec un niveau de finissions désastreux (carrelage s’arrêtant plusieurs centimètres devant les appareils ménagers ou les plinthes, peinture sur les plinthes…). Un four en période de canicule et certainement une passoire l’hiver vu l’état des huisseries. Environnement très bruyant"

"Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce bel appartement de vacances, propre et bien entretenu. L'emplacement était idéal, à seulement quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville, ce qui était très pratique. Les hôtes étaient extrêmement aimables, attentionnés et toujours prêts à nous aider. Tout était parfait pour des vacances avec des enfants. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et nous recommanderions cet endroit sans hésiter !"

"ce n est pas du tout celui que j avais réservé : il était prévu 30 rue de la petite Provence et est devenu 5 place du mal Joffre. Si on peut appeler ça un appartement : très petit , pas de fenêtre , très vieillot, une seule prise de courant à moitié arrachée et un seul interrupteur ,impossible d aérer un peu douche impossible trop petite, Prix beaucoup trop élevé pour la triste prestation et bien au-dessus de ce qui se pratique autour Je suis vraiment déçu d avoir été pris pour un ane"

"A complete change from our normal rented, rustic property, with garage in the countryside, the apartment is in the St.Jean Quarter of Perpignan, nestling in the maze of ancient streets. Quiet and very secure, we were completely at home, with the option of cooking and eating "in", or indulging in dining out - the french option of "midday formules" proved very attractive. With a pavement restaurant outside the front door, it was susprising to find so many alternatives within a few 100 yards....

"First of all did not stay there. Arrived at the accomodation around 3pm , contacted the owner but no replay for more then 1 hour. After being at the gate which is locked and with a tall fence , has just a key pad , like a prison , had no code or info of how to enter , heard loud voices from inside and shout if anyone can let me in . A guy who was drunk let me in and once in i felt shocked seeing blood all arund reception and people on drugs looking at me in a weird way and i felt in great danger...

"Uns hat der Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hat alles was man vor Ort braucht. Sie ist gut ausgestattet mit Besteck, Tellern, Pfannen usw. Gute Lage und Anbindung zu den Supermärkten. In 25 Min. ist man am Strand. Die Besitzer sind auch super lieb und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir nochmal nach Perpignan kommen, dann auf jeden Fall wieder in dieser Wohnung. gut. Man kann alles sehr gut erreichen."
