Find Hotel with a Concierge in Triggianello

"This hotel is amazing. The architecture and the decor are stunning, like nothing I have seen before. The service is exceptional from the moment you arrive until you leave. We did not go to the restaurants, but we did have a delicious ice-cream at the Gelati. Three things to look into, the WiFi is not very strong, the beach/pool towels are old and fraying and there was no hair conditioner in the bathroom. I must say that after asking the very helpful receptionist for some conditioner, 3 little plastic bottles were delivered to the room. Having said that i can’t wait to come back, this hotel is just wonderful "

"Great 5 night stay wirh my daughter. Staff was accommodating and hotel lovely. It is just a bit noisy if you have a room facing the square "

"Had a great relaxing time here. Viola at the front desk was extremely helpful. Spas could’ve been warmer. Food was very good and restaurant staff very cordial."

"A bit difficult to find in the old city with a car. They also did not tell us that door would be locked and buzzer was not obvious. Otherwise room was wonderful in townhouse. Breakfast was terrific and Monopoli was the finest town yet on this Puglian adventure. We wished we had stayed another night. They also took care of our car and brought luggage and us to our room! Not that way for use in Matera where cost of room exceeded DFb"
