"The hotel was excellent and the staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming but the area around it unfortunately is very run down which isn't the best welcome as you get off the train and walk into the town. It would be better if the city government made the entrance to town much more welcoming. "

"Really beautiful property and spa. We loved our stay and experience at the restaurant and spa. My only issues were with the room having a slight cigarette smell and spa not being ready at opening one of the days we went in the morning"

"Tiara I think upgraded us to Room 100 which is suite. However, the door needed a key to open from the inside (to get out) which means we had to remove the key to operate the lights to use the key to open the door. When we do that, it s dark and can’t see the door. Luckily-our phone has a flashlight. Tiara meant well and we were just tired to be transferred to another room. Iyo and Tiara and Bruno were nice and very helpful."

"The building is kind of out dated. I can imagine that this hotel had its glorious day. The decoration is classy and nice looking. However, the entry gate is hard to find and seem like the area is not that safe comparative. However, the food for the dining is very tasty but the breakfast is too common and quality is not to the top grade. Internet is kind of slow. "

"Had an issue with the wifi connection but after a few hours, they agreed to move us rooms. We were moved to a smoking room (we are a non smoking family) but it was for one night only and the wifi worked so I didn’t object (wifi needed for son’s school work). Loved the lights on the balcony at night!"

"Very convenient location, walk to Naples Airport, nice room and great breakfast. Vitually no restaurants within walking distance."
