"The room was amazing with good facilities and a comfy large bed. The shared kitchen was nice and easy to use. The whole place was clean and inviting. Located really well for Naples station as well as the town. The host's communication was amazing and gave us all the info we needed up front. Don't forget 10c for the lift, as it's on the 4th floor and it's needed for heavy luggage"

"I booked this hotel after staying at a different hotel a few nights. In comparison, this was a 4.5 star experience. It was clean, new(ly renovated), great front desk customer service, food onsite, everything (but a pool). It’s in a district suited for warehouses so the roads are sloppy and one directional but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Just catch an u we or use the bird scooters and you’re fine. I’d say the bartenders can be a little lax, but that’s the Italian culture apparently. You have to literally flag them down or go find them for assistance. I just started over ordering during the first I retraction so I didn’t need them to come again. "

"Naples is an interesting city, it doesn’t look the most welcoming. It has constant movement, where you’ll be dodging mopeds and has graffiti everywhere. However Relais San Severo was conveniently placed next to a main shopping street while also being tucked away enough so you don’t hear the movement and feel safe. It was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. If I ever come to Naples again, I will be a repeat customer. "
