"The view from our apartment was breathtakingly beautiful! The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. The only drawbacks were the pool was very cold and they were many steps to get up to the apartment. Luckily the property manger and his son helped with our luggage. It quite a drive tp get up to the apartment but once we got there we didn't want to leave!"

"Amazing views, very spacious comfortable appartment in villa the only thing I would change is that no cleaning was provided that wasn’t a problem but bins were not emptied and there were no places to take rubbish or even recycling…bathrooms could do with a bit of modern update but were clean and functional so not a problem….pool amazing and staff very helpful and would definitely recommend and stay again. "We loved our two nights in Sirmione and clean, quiet, and comfortable stay. We walked to the castle the first evening and then swam on the west side while watching the sunset. The second day we swam on the east side and then the west side. Both were less than a 15 min walk from the place. The unit fit our family of 5 well and our son thought the pullout couch in the living room was comfortable. Just wish I would have figured how to close the outside window blinds to shield the light."

"Nice big apartment vith a great view on the lake! The balcony was a nice place to wind down after long days. Though not recent, everything worked well. I appreciated having heat control in the beadroom. Having to check in at a different property is not the best, but anyway you do need a car to stay in that area. Grocery store and other food options only 2 minutes away. Was too cold to try the pool unfortunately."

"We had a truly wonderful time with Francesco. This place is huge! So much incredible outdoor and indoor space. A fully stocked kitchen, nice little pool, fig trees and more. It's about 10 mins drive from both Bardolino and Garda, so it makes having a car a must. Most of the best restaurants are away from the water, so it was nice to be where we were. The place is very rustic. Don't expect the fanciest appliances but it has everything you need. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. "
