"Brand new little cabin in the pub grounds. Was spacious and clean, lovely shower, loads of hot water although shower tray was quite shallow so water spilt out onto rest of bathroom floor & bath mat got very wet. Comfortable bed. Only two channels available on smart tv and no wi-fi, so couldn’t connect to Netflix or Amazon but I know they’re still finishing the cabins, so I guess this will be added in due course. "Well positioned near the Ferry terminal. Very pleasant staff, and the waitress @ breakfast, managing alone to take customers orders. Food was delicious, and on warm plates. Our room/s had perfect views of the seafront, all round cleanliness and warm room. Many thanks. Anne & Rob. from Surrey"

"Comfortable room, though not large, with en-suite and a really comfortable bed. We were welcomed on arrival and helped upstairs with our luggage. We had key to come and go as we pleased and visited different places each day. Only one wet day, otherwise warm and sunny - good for October. Mostly came back to eat dinner at the Inn - food was delicious. Excellent breakfasts too. Staff did everything possible to make it a good holiday for us. Many thanks! "

"I had a lovely stay at the Kings Arms Penzance. The pub serves delicious traditional pub fare, and the full Cornish breakfast in the morning is excellent. My room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and I had everything I could need. The staff were extremely kind when I wound up breaking a bone in my foot while on a walk in the nearby fields. They kindly provided me with a giant bag of frozen peas - the perfect thing to ice my foot. I was lucky to stay on an evening when the...
