"The Caravan wasn't clean on handover. Hob was dirty. Shower dirty. Floor really dirty. Accidentally split a drink on floor when i cleaned it up the cloth was absolutely filthy. Beds uncomfortable mattress so hard. Sorry wont be staying again "

"Firstly this was my second stay and I was not offered a free room upgrade as they advertise for their rewards plan. Upon arrival we was checking in and the guy at the desk told us the keys are in the door, we went around to the small building and there was no keys, the maintenance man (who was very nice) had to come and climb into the window, whilst he was doing this we realised the bench at the front of the cabin was completely disintegrating. "We loved our trip to St Ives. The cottage was great for us, as a family of 3. I appreciated the location; on the outskirts of the centre, so you're close to everything but not sureounded by tourists all the time. The cottage is small, but enough space for the three of us and lovely to have some outside space to use.
