"The hotel is centrally located; it is a short walk to Plaza Nuevo, the Cathedral and Alcaiceria. The breakfast was extensive: fresh fruit and juice, tortilla Espanola, ham, cheese, and even cava. The beds were comfortable. "

"The staff were just excellent. We stayed Friday and Saturday and had a deluxe room which faced front avenue. We were on the fourth floor and the night noise - with the windows closed - was awful. Went on until 05:30 am! Couldn’t sleep through it and I use earplugs. Next morning we spoke to the staff who seemed surprised that on the fourth floor we would hear noise but they diligently found us a non deluxe room that faced the interior. Had a noise free Saturday night. Would stay there again. But not facing the street. "

"This was a unique experience. Staying here was like being an old film. We had a view of the Alhambra from our room. The room was oddly shaped, and we even had a loft that we did not use. The room was rather small, but functional. The mattress was comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The our bathroom was spacious and clean. The hotel is a great location (the Albacin neighborhood is just put the steps). The street below is noisy, but the double windows drowned out the noise when fully closed. You need to climb up about 50 feet of stairs to get to the hotel building. We had no problem with this, but we ran into some older folks that did. "
