"Amazing view "

"We enjoyed the location of the room with a view of the mountains and the slopes. What was so disappointing was that we were only there for 2 days/one night. When we went to check in (right at check-in time) they said the room was not ready yet and to come back in 20 minutes. Came back in 25 minutes and they state the room still isn't ready and it will be at least another hour. We asked if there was anyway to switch us to a different room because we were only staying one night and they said...

"The young lady that cleans does an amazing job! She cleaned everything in the parking garage: she scrubbed the recycle/trashcans, the walls, the light fixtures. You could literally eat off the garage floor, it was so squeaky clean! The wellness room areas were amazing. The only thing that would have improved our stay would have been a dryer to dry our laundry. I would definitely stay here again!!"

"Perfect spot for our family to participate in Xterra. Right across the road from race area by yhe beach. We wanted a spot with kitchen and washing machine. Drying rack provided in each room. We like independence, so not the place for you if you prefer a concierge type of stay. Grocery store is a block away. Great views of mountains. "

"To be clear, this is not a typical hotel; rather a set of autonomous apartments in a large, modern 3-story residence. Our two bedroom apartment was close to 800 ft^2, absolutely no relation to small hotel rooms we typically get everywhere else. The rooms were very clean. There is a reception office on the main floor but it does not remain open 24/7. The staff was very attentive and friendly. "The apartment itself is nice and big, Mail issue is the lack of A/C. It’s summer, hot, and the ceiling fan isn’t enough. Opening the window, will not help this much at day time and at night will bring u mosquitoes. The apartment was 4th floor with no elevator, hard with the luggage.
