"We loved the hotel and all of its services and the wonderful staff and delicious breakfast and super chef! Wow! I cannot say enough! We used the laundry service, washed our bikes in the bike wash, thoroughly enjoyed a home cooked breakfast attended to by their wonderful chef and Alexandria at the front desk was fabulous helping me arrange our return trip to Venice. "We appreciated the welcome given and also being upgraded to a room with a stunning view. Our room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the pool and the sauna. Breakfasts, snacks, and evening meals were also very good. On a couple of occasions there were misunderstandings about the information given to us but the staff concerned were keen to address these and ensure that we were happy. "
