"The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."

"The hotel looked great from the outside. Inside reception was also nice but carpet on stairs a bit grubby, but dogs were allowed in the hotel so not a surprise. Reception staff amazing, extremely helpful, kind & nothing was too much trouble. The same can be said about the breakfast staff & cleaners, a really professional & helpful team. Unico appunto: la doccia nella camera in cui abbiamo dormito non era il massimo, mancando di una tenda o di un box doccia vero e proprio e, avendo solo il doccino e non il soffione, è risultata un po’ scomoda. "Lovely hotel. Beds were a little firm but still slept ok. Very clean and lovely touches like the cleaning staff putting my child’s cuddly toys propped on the pillow. Lovely outside terrace area. Swimming pool is lovely but not alll the water features worked. Overall a lovely hotel and really recommend "
