"Het was een super leuke tijd met het gezin. Lekker ouderwets aan de enorme keuken tafel. De open haard hebben we ook kunnen gebruiken wat nog extra sfeer en gezelligheid heeft gegeven. De eigenaar bracht elke ochtend vers brood. Ook goede restaurants in de buurt aanwezig en betaalbaar. "

The house is big and the kitchen is well equipped… it’s basically your home from home. .our daughter enjoyed the little pool and the room with the three beds was perfect for us :) We would stay again if we come back to the area in future. "Accueil chaleureux, charmant jardin et piscine comme sur les photos, mais il s’agit vraiment d’un logement en demi sous-sol, très humide et sommairement aménagé et peu pratique (la salle de bains n’est pas accessible directement, il faut passer par un couloir demi-extérieur avec un sol de béton brut). On sent de très gros efforts et une grande gentillesse de la part des hôtes, mais l’espace n’est pas très agréable et on entend le moindre mouvement des occupants du logement situé au-dessus....

"Very impressive villa, amazing grounds and pool, the villa is very clean, large windows with tons of natural light. It’s very well equipped, beautiful linens and lots of room for groups. "MEIO country house is extremely well-maintained and outfitted. We were a group of 12 adults, with 6 new ones swapping places with the original guests after 1 week. Clean linens were supplied and a housekeeper cleaned the rooms beautifully. The location has easy access to the train at Santarem and only 1 hour drive to Lisbon. But seeing other areas requires travel on slow country roads which can add time. The owner, Isabel, offered and provided a lovely tour of Santarem, her home town. She and...

The owner, Angelica, provided us a flawless support and an impressive welcome with fruits, wines, cakes, beatifully arranged in the property. We can gladly recommend the house for visiting."

"Poor bathroom conditions. Hot water and cool water from two isolated sources on the sink. Toilet cover had a crack that pinched guest’s skin. Using the shower in the narrow tub floods the bathroom. Breakfast was not included although it was supposed to be, according to reservation. Blanket was heavy and dusty."
