"Lovely little fisherman’s hut in great location. Cafe on site great for food like pizzas and chips. Pool is amazing and slides are awesome. Kids loved them and wanted to stay longer. We hired bikes and scooters and toured a bit more locally and tried a local restaurant. Very nice. Promenade good too for a walk. Beach about 1km walk over the other side of the island. We would love to stay again next time we are passing through on our European travels. Roland is a great host and understood us...

We feel the property description is misleading in some areas, and hope the following will clarify things: 1. It sleeps 8 (at a push) but only seats 4. "Unser Aufenthalt im September in der Nachsaison ließ keine Wünsche offen. Alles war wie beschrieben. In dem Haus fehlt es an nichts. Es gab sogar Schnakengitter in den Schlafzimmern und dem Wohnraum über die wir froh waren. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super. Alles ist fußläufig gut erreichbar (Bäcker, Intermarche, Restaurants etc.). Die Nähe zum Etang hat uns sehr gefallen. "

"The villa was very clean, very well equipped and perfect for our stay.....the pool was a great size for our group of four. The only negative was that we experienced very low water pressure during our stay which impacted the bathrooms and made showering sometimes a little challenging. The Commune of Durban is a lovely village and had a useful local Supermarket with Bakery and a really nice Bar / Restaurant ( Chez Prano). We had to travel a little distance in the evening to visit other restaurants...

"This is the third time we have stayed in Michel's house by the lagoon and we enjoyed our stay just as much as our first visit, it is unusual for us to return to the same property three times so that shows that Michel is getting it right. The house is clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need and is in a very good position for Gruissan as well as being a good base for exploring the area.
