"Well located small residence on residential street. Well kitted out - some May find ground floor a little dark - not us it was good to escape the sun! Easy access to port/ beach and for walk trails. Plenty restaurants within walking distance. Recommend beach at Le Racou and coastal walk from there to Collioure - a real gem!"

"Das Haus ist klein, hat aber alles, was man braucht außer WLAN, das sollte ergänzt werden. Der Hof ist sehr schön zum erholen. Das Meer haben wir mit dem Auto in 12-14 min. erreicht, der Strand war toll und nicht überlaufen. Fernseher nur auf französisch, aber nicht so wichtig. Die Verwalterin wohnt nebenan und ist immer ansprechbar. Kann man weiter empfehlen, es war ein schöner Urlaub."

"Lovely little fisherman’s hut in great location. Cafe on site great for food like pizzas and chips. Pool is amazing and slides are awesome. Kids loved them and wanted to stay longer. We hired bikes and scooters and toured a bit more locally and tried a local restaurant. Very nice. Promenade good too for a walk. Beach about 1km walk over the other side of the island. We would love to stay again next time we are passing through on our European travels. Roland is a great host and understood us...

"The property is in a good position about 10 minutes walk from the beach. It has a beautifully equipped kitchen and nice outdoor sitting area. We feel the property description is misleading in some areas, and hope the following will clarify things: 1. It sleeps 8 (at a push) but only seats 4. There is soft seating indoors for 4 people only. 2. The property claims to be air conditioned. In truth there is a mobile air conditioning unit in the lounge, and that is it. "Unser Aufenthalt im September in der Nachsaison ließ keine Wünsche offen. Alles war wie beschrieben. In dem Haus fehlt es an nichts. Es gab sogar Schnakengitter in den Schlafzimmern und dem Wohnraum über die wir froh waren. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super. Alles ist fußläufig gut erreichbar (Bäcker, Intermarche, Restaurants etc.). Die Nähe zum Etang hat uns sehr gefallen. "
