"We spent one month in Brian’s villa and had an excellent holiday. He was an outstanding host/owner and a great communicator, giving us detailed information on what the area has to offer. The villa has 4 TV’s and multiple channels and streaming. Plus chairs and sun umbrellas. The kitchen is very well equipped for family meals including all sorts of small appliances; 4 slice toaster, large coffee maker, electric kettle, powerful blender, etc. The gas barbeque was fantastic and we used it nearly every other night. The outdoor seating area was private and lovely and we enjoyed listening to the birds early in the morning. The pool is wonderful as is the beach we enjoy so much. Thank you, Brian for making our holiday a very special one. We would highly recommend and look forward to returning. "

Our group of 4 teenagers(whomade the lower level their own apartment) and 4 adults never felt cramped with the many seating areas both indoors and out! Equipped with more than enough kitchen gear, towels, kayaks, pool toys, games, and more! "

"This property was very comfortable for our two week stay. It is exactly as described in the listing. Jill (part owner), and Martha (caretaker) were both very responsive to any needs we had. The beach was incredible. We made a lot of use of the included golf cart. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone with a group of 4 or less. General information about Treasure Cay that you should know if you have never been here: It is a diamond in the rough. The entire area is absolutely full of potential, but it had taken a direct hit by cat 5 hurricane Dorian five years ago and there is still much evidence of the resulting destruction everywhere here. You will need to buy drinking water at the store - the water out of the faucet is undrinkable. If it should rain while you are here, there will probably be short term power outages. I was told that there are occasional water outages also, though we did not experience this. There is no cable TV - if you should want to watch the TV, you will need to either have a streaming service subscription, or cast your cell phone videos to the TV. It is true undeveloped island life here, but it is beautiful."

"Our stay in the Bimini cottage was awesome. Steps from miles of gorgeous beach, off the beaten track, quiet peace of heaven. The cottage was equipped with everything we could need for a week including beach chairs and umbrella. The king size bed in the master bedroom was icing on the cake. The locals were friendly and hospitable, answering questions and helping us enjoy their country. We took ferry day trips to turtle cay and guana cay, both were fantastic.
