"Quite often when a property describes itself as "Just steps from the beach", they omit to mention that it's a lot of steps but not this gem! Just wander out to the sheltered patio, part the sea grass and there you are - right on the loveliest sugar-soft sand beach imaginable. The cottage is well laid out, superbly well equipped and a haven to relax in after a hard day exploring al that the island has to offer. To enjoy it properly you'll benefit from a hire car (most shopping options are in Marsh harbour and take time to explore the lush Southern end of the island."

"Quiet family vacation - beautiful beach with miles to walk. Friendly, helpful staff as well as friendly locals. Walkable to breakfast and mini mart. Need golf cart to get to Sunset Pizza or Treasure sands club. Fun exploring islands by boat tour with Capt Donny from Green Turtle Cay. "

"Great place to stay with all of our adult kids! We all had our own space at the end of the night, and a fantastic common area to eat, play games, and spend time with one another. The beach is fantastic, the outdoor space is an added bonus for hanging out on those hot days. Our host was amazing at communicating and gave us all the added information about the local islands. "We had a wonderful visit with 10 people staying in this beautiful home in Treasure Cay. It was clean, comfortable and perfect for our group. We enjoyed cooking in the very well appointed kitchen, it had everything we needed to make delicious meals throughout our stay. The kitchen island was able to seat all 10 of us, beyond that was the large dining room table, plenty of seating! Our group enjoyed the comfort of the living room, bedrooms and convenience of ensuite bathrooms.The location of this home is absolutely wonderful. You are literally a 3 min walk from the beach. And not just any beach, it is the most beautiful beach I've ever experienced. The icing on the cake was almost no one was around, we very seldomly saw another person, which made it even more relaxing. The only point of caution about the home is the comfort level of the kitchen with pull-out bed. Since we had 10 people, two of us had to sleep in this room. The bed was very uncomfortable and one of the windows did not have a curtain, so the neighbors' flood lights shining in (and flashing on and off) made it quite difficult to sleep. Overall I would highly recommend this home! The host was very responsive and helpful. I am truly grateful for the hospitality. The home was clean, well appointed and perfect for our group. And the access to the beach was fantastic. "
