"Comfortable and functional apartment in back of host home. Bathroom on 2nd floor. A little inconvenient and a challenge for seniors. Should be fully disclosed. Host should be more attentive to some basic needs. Only a half roll of toilet tissue and paper towels upon our arrival. No salt pepper or sugar. Dishwasher was very dirty. We hand washed everything. Closest gas or convenience store 25 minutes to Oneonta or Cooperstown."

"Everything was great for our stay. The listing was very accurate in terms of all of the amenities and exactly what everything looks like. The one thing that I would say is that the bottom room ceiling is very low so it really is only for children. There is not much around the property but if you go 5-7 minutes up the road there is a nice breakfast spot."

"The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasnā€™t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasnā€™t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few...

"From the moment I clicked on this property I could not have been more pleased. Every detail was well thought out and process was seamless. The pictures of her home did not do it justice. The house and property were magnificent! So immaculately and comfortably designed, and the grounds were nothing short of picturesque. My family and I stayed for 5 nights and will definitely be returning."

"We spent five nights at this amazing property and it is by far one of the most beautiful and serene places weā€™ve ever stayed. The photos are truly representative of the farmā€™s many wonderful spaces. Everywhere you look the view is stunning. The early light barely illuminating the horses as they graze in the morning fog, the deer feeding in the upper field at twilight and the moon and stars shining brightly over the pond are images that will stay with us. Time passed slowly as we walked around...
