"We had a very unexpected visit to Arkansas and had to find someplace fast due to a death in the family and this home was absolutely perfect for us. Very private, clean, open and the perfect get away from the funeral planning. We would love to stay here even on a regular vacation."

"The property had several issues which you will of mice droppings in the bed I and my husband slept in and issues with running water that prevented showering and drinking. The mice droppings were also upstairs in the kitchen counters. By the third day the basement area started to smell of dead mice. The water gushed out of the spots and soaked the floors and your clothing if you were in front of it. The owner stated there was an issue with the well and we should go out to fix it when it was...

"Hubby & I decided to get away for a few days to celebrate our Anniversary but mainly to enjoy some 1 on 1 with no interruptions. Our stay was exactly what we needed. Melanie was a wonderful host and we had all the basics right there. To our surprise, we were given the option to check early and we thought that was very thoughtful of the host. We hope to share more memories here again."

"This property delivered everything that we expected. We cooked the majority of our meals on premises and it was made easy by the supplies available to us. We weee comfortable being on the water’s edge with the smaller children due to being on the beginning end of Lake Hamilton. The water wasn’t very deep at all and they could manage with floats and feel safe. We all had a lovely time and would go back to this same property again!"
