"Reservamos uma suíte master (que deveria ter uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro-3 pessoas), mas como éramos um casal nos deram uma suíte standard com uma cama de casal (que era a metade do preço). Reclamei na recepção que gostaria que me mudassem de quarto ou me devolvessem o dinheiro da reserva. "We enjoyed a tranquil 4 days at the Villas de Trancoso, taking long walks on the beach, eating and drinking well, and stargazing from the hotel grounds. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, and made good recommendations for restaurants in town. They organized all of our ground transportation as well."
