Property is great, but not well maintained as of March 2025. Pool bar is derelict, some power outlets didn't worked in the room. Price is fair, but don't expect a 4 star experience. Restaurant portions were large, but food quality was average.

Lovely views of the ocean and the city from the grounds and the room (for the seaview room at least). Great location (2 min walk to the Historic Center), lovely pool, friendly and helpful staff, steady internet. Recommend!

The property is around the corner of the Historic Center, a beautiful place that must be visited. NEGATIVE ABOUT THE HOTEL: there is a R$4.00 reais fee charged for each tower one takes to use in the pool area. This service should not be charged and if so, it should be told at the check in and shown at the Expedia reservation page. The staff at the front desk are impolite and need to be better trained for problem solve. If you complain about anything, the become upset. The towers for the bed rooms are old and uncomfortable. There is no shower cap.

A estrutura do hotel é boa, a localização do lado centro histórico, quem esta sem carro,precisa de carro app. A limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar,tivemos que pedir toalhas, levavam e não repunham;o chão não foi limpo nenhum dia. Os funcionários da recepção e do café da manhã sempre atenciosos.

O hotel incrível do lado do centro histórico, próximo ao aeroporto, a vista do hotel maravilhosa, as pessoas que trabalham no hotel super legais e de bom humor e sempre auxiliando com muita vontade! A comida uma delícia tudo que comi lá está gostoso! Único ponto negativo, que precisa de algumas manutenções, mais nada muito grave!! De resto excelente voltaria com toda certeza!!! Incrível, café da manhã um dos melhores que já provei, destaque pelas tapiocas preparadas pela Ingrid, simpatia, talentosa e educada. As camas são ok, ar condicionado muito bom, chuveiro bom, quarto espacoso, a estrutura do hotel é otima, bem localizado. Referente ao restaurante Aroeira anexo do Hotel, otima comida tambem. Recomendo e voltarei.

Hotel sem conforto e confiabilidade

Não gostei do hotel, camas horríveis, banheiro com um chuveiro péssimo, as piscinas infantis no cimento que machuca os joelhos das crianças. E o que me deixou indignada foi a comanda de consumação com vários produtos que não foram consumidos, fiquem atentos e confiram suas comandas.
