"Omg. It was amazing. Pepe at our service at all times. The house is roomy and well kept. Hacienda architecture with beautiful details put into the homes decore. We were referred to a Juan Carlos that was at our service driving us around. Highly recommend this gem. Maria always available for any questions. "

"Everything was excellent, I meet the owner of the place and they were extremly helpful with us, they have great customer service, and they make us feel very welcome. The room that we book they thought it was a little bit small for us so they upgrade us with a bigger one, the room was super clean and comfortable, We were supposed to stay one nite and decide to add a second. Thank you very much mrs Georgina for make us feel like we were at home."

"Para llegar a la casa tienes que subir por callejones muy inseguros, esta lejísimos tienes que subir como 300 metros cargando maletas con miedo a que te asalten, los cuartos están separados por ventanas únicamente, totalmente inseguro, para subir a la terraza las escaleras están de picada muy peligrosas, el cuarto súper pequeño apenas puedes caminar, estuchas todo lo que está hablando y haciendo el del cuarto de lado, en general malisimo"

The balcony of my room offered an excellent view of one of the most beautiful architectural structures of the city. The nights are quiet, making for a sound sleep, unlike the center of the city. "My husband and I stayed here for Valentine's weekend (3days) this Feb 2025 and we loved our stay! It was the perfect, central location! I LOVED the Starbucks next door, and the AMAZING Casa Valadez! The staff was fabulous, service top notch, and loved the welcome drink of wine or mimosas. Front desk was responsive (via WhatsApp) even days/weeks before arrival and suggested some tours and activities. They reserved the callejonadas evening tour, as well as arranged our ride from hotel to airport. The rooms are VERY pricey compared to the rest of the area, but we went with this hotel because in pictures, the rooms looked very modern and cloean and property seemed upscale, with it's decor and furnishings. Another reason why we reserved this hotel is because of its rooftop bar, which their pictures online just boasted about! Sad to say, we did not experience the bar mentioned as it was under construction (I was a bit disappointed about this) and there was no mention that the bar cannot be accessed anywhere. The price per night averaged to about $250 with all taxes and fees included. For this price, the hotel could have included complimentary breakfast or complimentary "something." Overall, it was a good stay because of the unique rooms and charming spot... Will I stay here again if I were to return with our daughters, probably not. I did not enjoy the very tiny bathroom sink and this would only be recommended, imho, for singles or couples staying for a short time in Guanajuato."

"First, you get what you pay for. And here, the service was excellent, as everyone one of our few requests were met with a smile and an alacrity toward fulfilling them. Our room was beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully appointed. In terms of location, it's right where you want to be if you enjoy outdoor dining and entertainment. But far enough away to be able to shut out the sounds of the evening behind your hotel room door. We plan to stay there again, for sure!"
