"I’ll start with the best part. The view from the rooftop restaurant was spectacular! The roof faced the mountains in the east and the morning sun rose as I sipped coffee and had a delicious breakfast. It was maybe the best view of Guanajuato next to the view after the funicular ride. The food was very good, the coffee could have been stonger, but it was fine. Our room was very clean and comfortable, but small. A couple small complaints, there was never hot water in the shower and the water would sit in the shower and never drain until the cleaning staff came into clean. The stairs were narrow at one side and were difficult to climb in light of my severe arthritis. Additionally, the room could use some hooks on which to hang a towel or clothes. On the whole the staff was friendly and accommodating, except for one mildly cranky receptionist, which I called up to her youth. The hotel’s proximity to the center of town was terrific, but it was a climb to get back up to the hotel. I would definitely recommend. "

"Todo muy bien. Si scaso un poco ruidoso el a/c pero supongo es normal. No esta ubicado cerca del centro historico lo cual es un plus si viajas en automobil pues Gto es muy dificil de transitar en auto y mas si es grande."
