"Honestly really the worst experience we had on a "luxury resort" stay. Hardware was alright but the software was really atrocious. Just to mention 2 of the many unpleasant experiences we had 1) the previous guest's gurgle in a cup with the head of the toothbrush was still in my toilet when I checked in. Still there the next day despite repeat reminders to clear! 2) two of the toilets didn't have shower gel cos the previous guests broke the container. Told us they have ordered & we need to wait a...

Kiet and his family are kind and generous hosts. They made our stay so comfortable and invited us to a delicious home cooked dinner. We'd love to come back!"
