"We booked this property late on Saturday evening as we had a late confirmation on a job to go to locally, we didn`t get confirmation of the job till just before 7pm and then had to drive from Kidderminster, the receptionist stayed on an extra hour to greet us and check us in, absolutely fantastic service."

"Nice pub, our room was above bar so you could hear the bar below, it's a pub at the end of the day so you have to expect some noise. Room clean and tidy bed comfy shower good and hot, tea making facilities tea bags wont replenished. For the price of room it was value for money. Location good for the city center and railway station "

There was no room cleaning for the 3 nights we stayed there - toilet rolls and drink replenishment had to be asked for downstairs. Cups were cardboard ‘to-go’ variety and there was no hairdryer.
