"The property is very secluded but perfect for a family get away! The outdoor fire pit was a hit! We sat outside each evening. The property is only 1/2 hour from Cooperstown and this vacation rental was perfect for a visit to Cooperstown! Kitchen was well stocked but didn’t have many forks. Beds were very comfortable! "This was our second time staying at Patrick’s property and it was even better than the first. This home is so clean and well stocked with anything you could need. The view from the back deck is stunning. I even got to watch a mother deer and her twin fawns eat apples from the apple tree each morning! Beds are super comfy, towels are soft, and kitchen/pantry are well stocked. Patrick is a fantastic and very communicative host!"
