"Before booking I read the reviews and was a bit hesitant. Let me tell you how my stay was amazing! I travelled with my hubby and 2 young kids (8 and 12). The staff were super helpful and accommodating( Benton was the best). Room was perfect for my small family. AC✅ kitchen✅ pool✅ Keep in mind that there aren’t a lot of options for food( you have to go out to buy) or cook your own as you have a full kitchen and pots and pans to use! Location is perfect ( in ochi) I walked to buy food sometimes. The resort is a little dated but for the value it’s more than worth it. My family and I will definitely book again. "My Husband and I just left Sea Shell Palms and couldn’t wait until we got home to post what a magnificent experience we had at Sea Shell Palms so we are doing it while waiting for our flight!! I don’t know how anyone can write a negative review because what we experienced was ALL positive! Ms. Meeks, Mr. Damien, Mr. Green, Mr. Richard and the whole staff went above and beyond in service and demeanor!! Great conversations, advice on places to go and accommodating all the way around! The whole place was clean and in order and our room was spacious!! The Jamaican breakfast was very tasty and had an array of options to choose from. They also have grocery stores, a restaurant and an ice cream parlor with the best homemade ice cream and cheesecake we have ever had called Twist! The proximity to everything is approximately 10 minutes! They even have security and police on premises for safety! If you want a great place to stay, this is the place to be! "After visiting resorts in the Dominican Republic and Mexico, we decided to try this one. At first, we weren’t sure about it—it’s smaller, not brand new, and only has one pool. However, after six days, we can confidently say this is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! The service was exceptional, and our nanny, Patrice, was amazing and incredibly helpful. The only downside for us was the main food dishes, but that’s because we’re picky eaters and only eat Kosher. That said, the desserts were absolutely delicious and a real highlight! The resort’s small size turned out to be a blessing, especially with three kids. It felt cozy, like home, and the layout was perfect—you could even see the kids’ play area from the restaurant, which gave us peace of mind knowing they were safe. Thank you for an amazing vacation! We’ll definitely be back! "

"I enjoyed my three night stay here. I would stay again if I’m in the area again. Friendly staff and owner. Room is nice and high ceilings which I like. Newly reno and smells wonderful inside. It was too cold to swim but pool and jacuzzi are on the grounds. Safe and comfortable. "
