"ALL the family enjoyed the property immensely, from the luxurious heated pool to the extensive well maintained outdoor areas. The spacious rooms with high quality fixtures and fittings where amazing. Located in a quiet area, but also central to places to visit, with local shops and attractions all within ready reach. "This is our 2nd visit to Lucille’s paradise. It is a lovely, peaceful spot with mesmerizing views of the Seine, where boats travel up and down the river. We spent most of our time on the back grassy lawn, watching the river and reading our books. The house is lovely and very interesting. It has all the comforts of modern living but the house has maintained the very old and large beams in the ceiling and the very old and ornate wood doors. "Our host Elisabeth was most gracious as we arrived in the dark of night and she could not have made our accomodations more warm and welcoming. This home is a gem, and having this as a home base in Normandy was a wonderful experience. I can imagine that stayingwould make i a 6-star+"
