"From the photographs we were expecting something a lot nicer...our greeting by the cleaner Monika and our conversation with the owner was most pleasant but sadly the property is in dire need of a facelift, it's barely furnished or equipped, the front gate was a nightmare to lock (entire gate is out of alignment), barbeque lid handle was broken, ditto hinge on one of the toilet seats..the restful sound of the cicadas was drowned out by the yelling of the neighbours and one had to drive...

"The location is spectacular, but the approach is a track with potholes and very narrow in places. It is quite remote and not close to any shops or cafes etc - a car is essential. The villa is extremely well equipped and the sitting room and dining room are very comfortable. However it is old and damp which can be seen on the walls in places - our clothes also felt damp on packing to leave. We were surprised to be charged for water and electricity on leaving as the info suggested that these were...

"There is a reason there are so many five star reviews for Villa Mimosa—because they are well deserved. The owners and the local contact were very nice and accommodating. From restaurant recommendations to answering questions, they are very responsive. The location is great, a 20 minute walk or a few minute drive from St. Paul de Vence. Grocery store is very close. Villa is about 15 minutes from the airport. The villa is nicely furnished and very comfortable. It has a large outside patio...

"This was a truly amazing property- perfect for the entire family, located within everything you would want to visit, and if you are into getting your 10,000 steps a day you will find this property location ideal. If you are not into walking or exercise this might not be for you- but otherwise you could not find a better place in the South of France. We loved it!!!"

"Raymond took care of us from start to finish, from greeting us to sharing his fresh picked oranges and lemons. The house is perfectly situated on the edge of the city with a bus stop right across the street that brings you right downtown. The three good sized bedrooms were more than enough for our family of five and even my mom at the end of the trip. Would highly recommend to anyone with a family and hope to visit again🙂"
